It has been brought to our attention that a website at genxtropin.co.uk is presenting itself as the “official GenXtropin website” and selling products under our name. This website is NOT operated by, or associated with, GENX / GenXtropin. Please treat it as a scam. Do not order from it, and do not enter personal or payment details on it.
Its “verification” page does not check anything: it answers “Verified Genuine” for any text, including made-up codes, as the recording shows. A real check compares your code with our records, and each GENX code can only be verified once. Only our own Verification page on genxtropin.com can confirm your product.
The domain was registered only a few months ago, in 2026. Record checked on 4 November 2026.
If you have already ordered from or paid this website, contact your bank or card provider straight away and report it to your local fraud-reporting service. Questions? Contact us.
